God & Work has long been an active ministry at Crossroads International Church of Amsterdam, with hundreds of people attending the workshops at all levels - everyone, manager & executive.

As followup to last year's annual workshop sessions, a Business Mentor program was launched to pair seasoned executives from within the church with more junior managers.

This 12-month program sharpens both the Mentor & Mentee - and is a great way to ( finally? ) provide the most senior business types a meaningful role within the church, while also building real & lasting community.
